We are appreciative of your patience during this year of trial and error with the billing and administrative teams. This is reflective of ANY interactions you may have had with anyone. Please know that going forward the billing and admin work is all handled by Co- founders Kelly & Ahimsa to avoid the mishaps that were experienced earlier.
